Our practice provides a personalised Architectural Services for the design and documentation of your new home, home extension, office or shop or any type of building project you have in mind. 

Services include:

•  develope the design brief. This stage is critical to understanding what you want and what you need.
• Site assessment includes assets such as views, prevailing winds, slope or flatness and orientation to the sun for the best possible thermal performance.
• produce measured drawings of the existing building if required.
• Develop a concept sketch design. This stage may include 3D drawings.
• Develop the design with more detail. This stage will include 3D drawings.
• produce the drawings and other documents necessary for a Development Application or Complying Development Application. Other documents may include a BASIX Certificate, an energy report , a Statement of Environmental Effects and a Building Specification.
• Liase with and coordinate the work of consultants such as the Structural Engineer.
• Guide you through the Development Application process.
• Produce additional drawings and documentation which may be reuired for a Construction Certificate, tendering and detailed construction drawings.
• Assess the builders tenders.
• Provide Building Contract administration services and building site inspections if required by you.
• Produce as-built drawings if required.
